How to Print Documents

Sometimes you may want to print a list of documents contained in a directory. Frustratingly, Microsoft doesn't offer this simple facility (it does, but the number of files is very limited). Windows doesn't feature a simple way to do this from its interface, but you can easily do it via Print Conductor. This program allows printing files one by one, from a Windows folder, a previously saved .flist file, or even a RAR / ZIP / 7ZIP archive.

This tutorial will show you how to easily create a batch print job to print documents.

  1. Open Print Conductor
  2. Select the printer you want to use
  3. Add documents to the list
  4. And press the "Start Printing" button.

This video tutorial shows Print Conductor 6.3 or an earlier version. If you're using the latest version of Print Conductor, the program's interface is slightly different.
